The recovery method comprises (a) agitating the waste containing Pd and Pt, HCl and organic phase that contains triisobutyl phosphine sulfide, kerosene and nonylphenol, leaving it in the atmosphere, and separating it into water and organic; (b) agitating loaded organic with Pd and peroxide solution of 1-5vol.% as oxidant and leaving it, and separating it into water and organic; (c) agitating oxidized organic with Pd and stripping solution that comprises thiourea, boric acid and acetic acid at pH 1.5-5.0 and leaving it, and separating it into water with Pd and organic, making a complex salt of Pd-thiourea-sulfate of precipitate type by agitating water with Pd and sulfuric acid solution, and taking metal Pd by heating and melting; (d) agitating water and organic by (c) and leaving it, and separating into water and organic phase; (e) agitating weak acid solution and organic by (d) and standing it, and doing phase separation into water and organic phase; and (f) circulating continuously regenerated organic by (e) into (a).
