PURPOSE: To exactly manage processes by supporting the measures of delay, etc., by grasping the conditions of proceeding by considerably improving accuracy for project planning by estimating man-hours for each result prepared by each process of the project proceeding process, estimating the man-hour of results every time with the proceeding of decelopment and the decrease of unfixed factors in the specification of the input result required for that man- hour estimation, and correcting the project planning based on that estimation. CONSTITUTION: A worker monitoring part 7 reports the advancing conditions of a worker to a project plan preparing device 1. Based on the advancing condition of the worker, an advance control part 8 instructs a delay alarm or preferential executing work to the worker. A result man-hour estimating part 3 estimates the man-hours of the result to be prepared in each process based on the result with the advancing conditions from the worker monitoring part 7 as a trigger. Based on the man-hours of each result calculated by the result man-hour estimating part 3, a work allocating part 4 and a worker allocating part 5 prepare the project plan by allocating activities to groups or workers. |
