PURPOSE: To obtain a waking apparatus by which pleasant waking is realized. CONSTITUTION: On the basis of hysteresis information from a sleeping-state detection part 2 which detects a sleeping state, a sleeping-rhythm detection and estimation part 4 detects a sleeping rhythm, and it estimates the time in which the sleeping state becomes a light sleeping state. On the basis of the estimated time and of the desired waking time which is set in a waking-time setting part 5, a waking-time control part 6 decides the waking time, and a waking control part 7 outputs an alarm sound in the decided time. |
