<p>PURPOSE: To provide an electrode substrate in which defects, e.g. disconnections of electrode circuits, etc., are lessened as much as possible and provide a plane display apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An electrode substrate is one provided with an electrode circuit having a first conductor layer 111 which contains a third exposure region to be exposed by the first exposure and the second exposure and a second conductor layer 113 which contains a sixth exposure region to be exposed by the fourth exposure and the fifth exposure and is layered on the first conductor layer 111 while electrically being connected with the first conductor layer 111, and the third exposure region of the first conductor layer 111 and the sixth exposure region of the second conductor layer 113 exist in mutually different regions of different planes.</p> |
