PURPOSE:To cause dust to adhere uniformly in a dust-collecting electrode by providing a number of discharge needles as a means for controlling the field strength and current density generated between the discharge needles and a dust-collecting electrode so as to increase gradually from a dust-containing gas inlet toward a clean gas outlet.
