PURPOSE: To provide a communication system, a transmitter/receiver for a high-secrecy message not known by the third person. CONSTITUTION: At the transmitter, a designation code corresponding to plural parts patterns consisting of an illustration and a secret parts code corresponding to parts patterns not to be displayed are generated from a portrait code matrix stored in a ROM 19 and further, these codes are transmitted by generating a message together from a routine sentence table. When these codes are received, at the receiver, the parts patterns are read out corresponding to the received designation code while using the portrait code matrix stored in the ROM 19 and the illustration is generated from these parts patterns and displayed on a display part 2 excepting for the parts patterns corresponding to the secret parts code. When the parts pattern code corresponding to the secret parts codes is inputted onto this display, the received message is displayed on the display part 2. |
