PURPOSE: To recover the operation immediately after instantaneous power interruption without requiring a high capacitance backup capacitor and the like. CONSTITUTION: The power supply circuit comprises a converter 4 having an input terminal 4a for receiving a battery voltage depending on the state of a control terminal 4c and an output terminal 4b for delivering the operating voltage to a load circuit 5, a non-lock switch 6 for connecting the battery terminal 2 with the control terminal 4c, terminal state holding means (R1 , D1 ) for feeding a part of output from the converter 4 to the control terminal 4c, and a capacitor C1 inserted between the switch 6 and the control terminal 4c. The capacitor C1 is discharged upon instantaneous power interruption thus holding the voltage at the control terminal 4c. |
