PURPOSE: To improve display quality by preventing the occurrence of a stripe displayed in unprepared on a liquid crystal panel being a display part of a liquid crystal display device. CONSTITUTION: In the liquid crystal display device provided with segment electrode patterns 31 -3n , common electrode patterns 21 -2m extended in the direction orthogonal to these segment electrode patterns, ICs 51 -5n for driving the segment electrodes and the ICs 41 -4m for driving the common electrodes respectively connected to these electrodes and the liquid crystal panel 1 drive controlled by these segment electrode patterns 31 -3n and the common electrode patterns 21 -2m , the drive voltage of the ICs for driving respective electrodes are made 16-26V, and at least the dispersion in the on resistance value of the ICs 51 -5n for driving the segment electrodes is made 70Ωor below.
