PURPOSE: To obtain an information presenting device having a charging management function enabling an owner to monitor a charging result without requiring manual operation for the collection of information presentation rate. CONSTITUTION: A KARAOKE (prerecorded backing music) equipment 10 is connected to a charging communication network 5 through a communication control equipment 27 in order to use information stored on a hard disk 33 and a charging control program 31a is executed by a central control unit 31. When prescribed charging processing is executed by a charging function included in the network 5 in accordance with the execution of the program 31a, the equipment 10 is turned to an information usable state. Then charging information sent from a KARAOKE charging center 1 is stored in the disk 33 and displayed on a television monitor 29 at timing required by the owner of the equipment 10.
