摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To easily form fine patterns over a large area by a printing method and to improve the dimensional accuracy. CONSTITUTION: An insulatable substrate 11 is first subjected to sufficient washing (a). Next, projecting patterns 12 constituting the inter-electrode spacings of element electrodes are formed on the insulatable substrate 11 (b). In succession, the surfaces of these projecting patterns 12 are subjected to screen printing of resinate paste 14 consisting of an org. metal constituting an element electrode material by using a screen printing plate 13 (c). Next, the paste 14 to be made into the element electrode material is baked to obtain a pair of the element electrodes 15, 16 (d). Further, an electron releasing material 17 consisting of a thin film is formed in the spacing between the element electrodes on the rugged patterns 12 (e). In such a manner, the element electrodes 15, 16 having the fine inter-electrode spacing are formed on the insulatable substrate 11 formed with the projecting patterns 12 which are a geometric structure, by which the surface conduction type electron releasing element is obtd.</p>
