PURPOSE: To provide a brake force adjusting device and a vehicle controller for reducing brake marginal distance. CONSTITUTION: A deceleration operation part 1 calculates an actual deceleration speedβr of a vehicle 8 from a speed signal S1. A command part 2 stores a target deceleration speedβm according to at least one of multi-stage brake force, determines one of the instructed brake force according to the deviation between the actual deceleration speedβr and the target deceleration speedβm when the driving speed given by the speed signal S1 exceeds the limitation speed given by a phase signal S2, and outputs brake command signals BS1-BS3 according to the determined brake force. |
