<p>PURPOSE: To limit applications and data bases that are usable for every user among applications and data bases stored on an IC card. CONSTITUTION: The information processor of a portable information terminal, etc., stores a nonvolatile memory 71 with various individual information (name, sex, birthday, blood type, address, eyesight, hobby, etc.) 81 regarding private matters of a user, and the IC card 73 is provided with an individual information memory 84 for storing use limitation information, individual range data, and use history information corresponding to the individual applications 82 and data bases 83. On the basis of the individual information 81 and the use limitation information, individual range data, and use history information stored on the side of the IC card, applications that the user can use, are judged and a selection menu screen consisting of the usable applications is displayed, and an application selected out of it is executed.</p> |
