PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated optical disk having a high recording density and high transfer rate in which information can be reproduced from plural recording planes by irradiation with beams from one surface without causing reading defects, and to efficiently produce this optical disk. CONSTITUTION: This disk consists of a first light-transmitting substrate 1, surface where first pits 8 and grooves are formed, first reflecting film and recording film 2, intermediate layer 4, second reflecting film and recording film 6, surface where second pits 9 and grooves are formed, and second light- transmitting substrate 7 in this order when viewed from the side of irradiation with reproducing beams. The first reflecting film and recording film 2 is translucent. The intermediate layer 4 consists of a light-transmitting dry photosetting film having 3500 to 400000 poise viscosity at room temp. in an uncured state and 5 to 200μm thickness in an uncured state. |
