PURPOSE: To reduce the load on both of an information presenter and an owner or a manager of a device or the like at the time of collecting/dividing the charges and to secure the fair dividing between both the sides. CONSTITUTION: In the case of using KARAOKE (prerecorded backing music) program information by a KARAOKE equipment 10, charging information from a charging center 1 is received, charging processing is executed by a charging communication network 5 and subtracting processing for the balance of a prepaid card is executed by a prepaid card reader 36. Thereby the charge of the KARAOKE program information charged by the network 5 is received by a KARAOKE program information presenter, an equivalent amount obtained by the subtracting processing of the prepaid card is received by an owner or a manager of the equipment 10, and a part of the equivalent amount is paid to the network 5, so that the load on both presenter and owner or manager is reduced and it is unnecessary for the information presenter to go out and collect a rental fee for the information. |
