PURPOSE: To acquire reliable and accurate observation data in universe space. CONSTITUTION: Phase data stored by a beam controller 34 and sampling time data stored by a data processor 27 are transmitted by a command for possible change and the phase data of the beam controller 34 and the sampling time data of the data processor 27 are set to proper values according to the altitude of a space navigator to acquire observation data.
