<p>PURPOSE: To provide driving circuits in which the miniaturizing of circuits, the integrating of circuits and the reducing of prices of circuits are easy in circuits for multiplexingly driving a multi-electronic beam source in which surface conduction type emitting elements are wired in a simple matrix. CONSTITUTION: Driving circuits (a scanning side driving circuit 1 and a modulation side driving circuit 2) of the multi-electronic beam source in which surface conduction type emitting elements whose plural elements are arranged and formed two-dimensionally on a substrate are wired by plural row directional wirings (EC1 to ECM) and by plural column directional wirings (ER1 to ERN) in the simple matrix are provided. For example, in the scanning side driving circuit 1, transistors Ts impress scanning voltages Vs to scanning circuits to be connected to plural row directional wirings and clamp diodes Ds form clamping circuits impressing non-scanning voltage Vns with respect to row directional wirings in which scanning voltages are non-impression states in this switching means.</p> |
