PURPOSE: To move a load suitably to a target position with an angle smaller than a base step angle of a stepping motor. CONSTITUTION: A driver IC 14 generates an excitation current or voltage to a stepping motor 15 with excitation phases A and B, and an MCU 12 controls the excitation current or voltage fed from the driver IC 14 to the stepping motor 15. In this case, given pressure higher than detent torque is previously applied to a rotor of the motor 15. The MCU 12 controls the excitation current or voltage in a way that the torque larger than the given voltage is applied to the rotor at the start, and the torque smaller than the given voltage is applied to the rotor at the stop of the rotation. |
