PURPOSE: To provide an acceleration sensor which has a small size, is strong to electromagnetically induced noise, and can be manufactured at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: An acceleration sensor is mounted on a substrate 14 by covering the surround of a resin case 11 incorporated with a sensor mechanism with a sheeted metallic case 12 and holding the case 11 by caulking a pair of tongue pieces provided to the case 12, and then, bending another pair of tongue pieces 16 after inserting the pieces 16 into the substrate 14. When the case 12 is grounded, the sensor becomes strong to electromagnetically induced noise. |
