PURPOSE: To provide a switchgear which is simply structured but can prevent an erroneous operation that a closing spring is biased by a manual handle. CONSTITUTION: A stopper 30 which regulates a turning angle with one operation of a manual handle 29 is provided with a backstop metal fittings 33 which limits the return angle of the handle 29. The backstop metal fitting 33 has such a structure that an entrance section of a backstop structure is installed in a recess-shaped upper end. The handle 29 enters the backstop metal fittings 33 just before the finish of pulling down and further rotation is prevented. At the time of pulling out, upward return is allowed if it is within a limited range. Therefore, the handle 29 does not return beyond a dead point when it is pulled out and thereby a closing spring can be kept in a proper biased state. |
