PURPOSE: To provide a backup plate having a particularly limited setup time in mounting or measuring work of electronic components of automatic mounting and inspecting devices having a printed substrate as an object so as to not to damage electronic components and printed substrate. CONSTITUTION: A holding stand 2 to become a backup plate of a mounting printed substrate is provided with a conductive air cap 5 on the uppermost layer part and similarly elastic conductive sponge plates 6 of various kinds of width are combined and stacked on the lower part thereof for being given required holding height 3 from a table to be bonded and fixed by means of a double-sided adhesive tape into the holding stand 2 so as to have a structure of the backup plate for an automatic equipment. |
