The apparatus extends strictured or obstructed part of the nasolarcrimal system, caused by an inflammation or a trauma by inserting an extension instrument into a nasal cavity in order to discharge tears into the nasal cavity. The apparatus comprises a plurality of elastic supports(5) formed on an end of a cylindrical body(1) by cutting equidistantly/longitudinally the end edge of the body(1) and performing a heat treatment; a suction inlet(7) extended from the elastic support(5); a discharge outlet(9) discharging the tear received from the suction inlet(7); a plurality of holes(11) helping discharging the tear and detaching the body(1) when the body is poorly installed.
