Heat exchanger system for controlling supply of heat to layer type hot water storage tanks

The heat exchanger consists of an hydraulic system with at least one heat pipe (1). This is located in the upper higher temperature layer of the tank in series with a heat exchanger (2) located in the bottom lowest temperature layer. Heat exchangers can be located at different heights in the heat store with the temperature of the lowest heat exchanger in the direction of flow governing the automatic control of the heat input. The condenser for the heat pipe can lie in one temperature layer of the heat store.
