Two-part fitting joints for e.g. chipboard furniture, with molded edge batten

A table or kitchen work top made of esp. decor-coated chipboard has an angled corner which is finished by a decorative molded batten of e.g. triangular cross section. The batten and angled corner are joined by a two-part fixture with a dovetail root (9) with a projecting approx. pear-shaped pin (8). The two parts push-fit into position. The root swallow tail can slide back and forth within a matching recess for adjustment.
