The circuit includes an input unit(10); a CPU(20) for controlling a system according to a key stroke; a memory(30) for extending a memory of the CPU; a D/A converter(40) for converting an CPU output signal into an analog current signal through two outports; an amplifying unit(50) for amplifying the D/A converter outputs; a sample/hold unit(60) for sampling and holding the output of the amplifier; a filter unit(70) for low pass filtering of the signal; a display unit(80) for displaying a voltage, a current, a frequency, and a power factor by the CPU in accordance with the key stroke; thereby achieving a precise measurement by each phase.
