<p>The proposed muscle exercising apparatus comprises: a platform (3) mounted on a frame (1) so as to be capable of vertical movement along guide rails (2) and provided with a mounted unit (4) for the user and actuating mechanisms (5); means for creating a load; a second pair of levers (11) arranged at an angle to one another and connected by a second hinge element (12), and bearing second devices (13) for adjusting the force applied as a percentage of the weight lifted by the user. The proposed system is provided with pulley systems (16, 17), a shaft (18) with actuating mechanisms (5) and mounted transversely on the platform (3) and with one set of blocks (19) of the pulley systems (16, 17) and a drum (20). It has a beam (28) with an actuating mechanism (5) mounted on the platform (3) underneath the device (4) which accommodates the user opposite the additional guide rails (21) so as to be connectable to the end (7) of a flexible traction unit (6) and displaceable longitudinally relative to the platform (3).</p> |
