<p>The present invention relates to a Venetian blind for deflecting the daylight. It consists of individual edged lamellae having at least partly reflective or reflective-dull surfaces for scattering the sun irradiation, comprising two portions. The first portion is positioned towards the irradiation area, the second portion towards the interior space. The first portion is disposed more steep and the second portion is disposed more flat. Between the lamellae, the following ratios exist: between the starting point of an upper lamella in the irradiation area E and the final point of a lower lamella in the radiation cross section A, there is a shadow line having an angle of α < 35°, > 5°. Essential is the ratio of the width of the second portion B2 to the distance D between the lamellae. B2 < 1.2 D > 0.4 D. The ratio of the total width B of the lamella to the distance of the lamellae relative to each other is D/B > 0.5 < 1.0.
