FIELD: drug store glassware cleaning. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method glassware is oriented with neck downwards and its inner outer surfaces are treated by streams of washing solutions and circulating and clean water under pressure. Flow rate is set to provide complete filling of flask with washing solution, air is removed and inner surface of flask is treated by ultrasound by means of ultrasound vibrator. Device has washing chamber with tank, main circulating pump, outer washing header with jet nozzles, inner washing header with injection tubes provided with supports for flask necks. Additional circulating pump is connected to inner washing header, and ultrasound whistle, for instance, knife-type one, is installed in injection tubes. Conical diffusers and drain tubes are installed on injection tubes. Diffusers are installed for adjustment in height relative to supports. EFFECT: cleaning of utensils from difficultly soluble contaminants in flow by ultrasound, high quality of washing, reduced power and water consumption, no loading-unloading intermediate operations, possibility of automation of washing process. 3 cl, 2 dwg
