FIELD: medicine, immunology, virology. SUBSTANCE: for immunization the living recombinant vaccine against tick-borne encephalitis based on smallpox vaccine is used. Vaccine is prepared on the basis of the strain KV 7,5 CMENS 123 (strain GKV N 945) or the strain WR 7,5 CMENS 123. Using pipet or special syringe vaccine is administrated in body by intranasal route in the region of nose mucosa olfactory neuroepithelium at the dose (0.5-5.0) x 10 OOE. The most optimal dose of the preparation is 10 OOE at volume 50 mcl. Invention provides the specific immunoprophylaxis against tick-borne encephalitis, in part, protection of brain against tick-borne encephalitis virus by parenteral infection due to formation of local immunity of nasal cavity mucosa, decrease loading on systemic immunity and decrease the dose of the preparation administrated in body being without damage of skin.
