Modular ozone generator, converts an oxygen input to ozone under a high potential difference between the inner and outer electrodes which have intervening dielectric. For increased performance, numbers of modules may be combined, connected as appropriate to a common cooling unit. The module is a newly improved arrangement having ozone generating tubes which pass through continuous holes in a metal block, which forms an integral outer electrode.
