PURPOSE:To facilitate the attachment and detachment of a tool point part to and from a shank and to make it possible to deal with the change of the contour of tool merely through replacement of the tool point part by a method wherein the tool point part is mounted on the shank by a mechanical method, such as a screw stop or a clamp stop. CONSTITUTION:A tool point part 1 is mounted on a shank 12 by inserting a stop screw 6 in a stop screw hole 7 for substrate fixing use. Thermocouples and a cartridge heater are respectively mounted on thermocouple housing parts 2 and a cartridge heater housing part 3 of the pint part 1. Thereby, the attachment and detachment of the point part 1 to and from the shank 12 are facilitated and the change in the form of the tool corresponding to a change in the form of a semiconductor or the number of lead wires can be dealt with by simply replacing the tool point part. |
