It has been found that if trehalose is used to stabilise a blood factor product, not only can the product be dried with or without freezing, but also the product is stable even when retained at a termperature of 60 DEG C for an extended period, in the complete absence of HSA. According to the present invention, therefore, a stable dried blood factor composition contains a stabilising amount of trehalose in the absence of albumin. |
