PROCESS FOR PRODUCING D-AMINO ACID BY USING COMPOSITE IMMOBILIZED ENZYME PREPARATION
摘要

A process for producing a D-amino acid from a DL-5-substituted hydantoin in one step readily and efficiently by using a composite immobilized enzyme preparation at a pH in the vicinity of neutrality, which preparation is produced by immobilizing both of a hydantoinase having an optimum pH in an alkaline region and a D-N-carbamyl- alpha -amino acid amide hydrolase having an optimum pH in the vicinity of neutrality on an immobilizing carrier at the same time.
