The apparatus completely solves the powder detergent, stored in a net body, by the water supply pressure and the oxygen supply to improve the cleaning efficiency. The apparatus comprises: a water flow acceleration means(410), connected to a water supplying means(22) and having a plurality of holes(410a) on a circumference for introducing external air when supplying water; a detergent storage means(420) having a detergent injection entrance(421) and a separable cover(423); an overflow plate(424) making a path formed within the detergent storage means(420); a siphon pipe(428) connected to a water discharge pipe(425) to discharge the detergent solution; a cap(429) combined with an end of the siphon pipe(428).
