<p>A vehicular AC generator is provided with a three-phase full-wave rectifier (19) held on a wall portion of a generator housing (1) other than the rear end wall of the housing. The rectifier comprises SiC-MOS transistors (19a-19f) attached to the circumferential wall (1a) or an end wall (1f in Fig. 13) on the side of a pulley of the generator housing and is isolated from radiant heat emitted by an exhaust pipe of an engine.</p> |
