PURPOSE: A flexible substrate is provided to prevent a damage of the substrate when the substrate is electrically connected with a flip lock type connector. CONSTITUTION: The substrate comprises a base film(1), a conductive pattern(3) which is formed on a side of the base film and has a contact portion which is extended from an end of the base film so as to be connected with a flip lock type connector, a coating layer(10) which is adhered on the base film to protect the conductive pattern and a reinforcing plate which is mounted on an upper portion of the coating layer so as to prevent a damage of the coating layer and base film. A part of the reinforcing plate is removed so as to form a handle portion. The reinforcing plate is mounted at an upper end of the coating layer so as to be placed over the contact portion, thereby preventing the damage of the substrate.
