PURPOSE: An apparatus for loading and unloading a module IC of a module IC handler is provided, which installs a loading pickup means and a unloading pickup means in a slider and simultaneously performs the unloading and loading work of the module IC. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a first finger (36) to be installed in a first lifting block (23); a third cylinder (37) to be installed in the first lifting block (23) for driving the first finger (36); a second finger (38) to be crossly installed to the first finger (36); a driving means for driving the second finger (38); a loading pickup means (25) to be installed between the first and second fingers (36)(38); a third cylinder (37) to be installed to the second lifting block for driving the first finger (36); a second finger (38) to be crossly installed to the first finger (36); and a slider (5) which the unloading pickup means (26) is moved according to an X-axis. Thereby, it is possible to maximize the productivity according to the test.
