<p>PURPOSE: To always and uniformly flow an electrodepositing liquid in a fixed direction and to stably manufacture a color filter which is excellent in uniformity of a film thickness by using a multistage type electrodepositing liquid feeder of a special structure when the color filter is manufactured by an electrodeposition method. CONSTITUTION: The electrodepositing liquid feeder which is constituted by arranging an anode consisting of a glass substrate in which an ITO film circuits are formed at intervals of, for example, 30μm in the strip-shape and stainless steel sheets as a counter electrode parallelly in an electrodeposited liquid vessel and is composed of casing bodies 11 to 17 piled up in plural stage from the lowermost stage 11 to the uppermost stage 17 on the lower part of the substrate is disposed. The electrodepositing liquid is supplied from a liquid introducing port 2 at the lowermost stage 11 of the electrodepositing liquid feeder. The device rises while the device extensively uniformly distributes the electrodepositing liquid by a communicating part 5 equipped with a rectifying device 6 at two-fold communicating port 4 for every stage sequentially from a second stage 12 up to the uppermost stage 17, and supplies the electrodepositing liquid in an extensively uniform quantity on the surface of the glass substrate from a large number of small holes 3 having a diameter of 1 to 3mm on the surface of the uppermost stage 17 to make the electric current to flow between the ITO circuit as an anode and the counter electrode, thus the colored coating film which is excellent in uniformity of a film thickness is stably formed on the ITO circuit.</p> |
