PURPOSE: To obtain a method for producing a braille tile finished beautifully and accurately by an easy operation at a higher speed. CONSTITUTION: A resin-made bottom plate and a resin-made frame 2 for forming projected parts are prepared. A resin film 3 is placed on the frame 2. A porous sheet 4 is placed thereon with pores 4a positioned in coincidence with recessed parts of the frame 2. A resin 5 is molded in the recessed parts and removed after setting. An adhesive is applied onto the bottom plate. The porous sheet 4 is removed from the resin 5. The surface 1 of the resin 5 with the porous sheet 4 removed is bonded to the bottom plate 1. After the resin 5 is integrated with the bottom plate 1, the resin film 3 is removed, and a top coat is applied thereto. |
