WORK ROW ADJUSTMENT DEVICE AND ITS METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a work row adjustment device to maintain leveling of works input to an assembly line from a storage and its method. CONSTITUTION: A coating production indication system 20 computes a leveling degree Hi of a vehicle row delivered to a coating finished storage from a coating process at a current point of time in accordance with the vehicle row in the coating process and transmits it to a leveling system 10. The leveling system 10 computes a demand leveling degree Hr against the coating process from a leveling degree Ho and the leveling degree Hi and transmits it to the coating production indication system 20 in the case when the computed vehicle row leveling degree Ho input to an assembly process does not reach a target leveling degree Hm. The coating production indication system 20 regulates the vehicle row to a certain degrees in the coating process by drawing out a vehicle which is not aligned with a required interval in accordance with the demand leveling degree Hr.
