<p>PURPOSE: To realize the withdrawal of the bearing device of an extrusion molder, which compresses a plastic waste so as to reduce its volume. CONSTITUTION: The tip of the rotating shaft 13 of a volume-reducing extrusion molder is protruded beyond an outer tube and supported by a bearing 20. The bearing 20 has a bearing box 21 on a strut 24 tiltable onto a base D. The erecting of the strut 24 is fixed by screwing a bolt 23d. The mounting of a bearing 22 to the box 21 is performed by fastening a taper ring 26. By removing the ring 26, the strut 25 (or the bearing box 21) can be withdrawn by leaving the bearing 22 as it is. Since the outer diameter of the bearing 22 (or that of a collar 27) is smaller than the inner diameter of a nozzle (or a die), the nozzle can be dismounted from the rotating shaft 13 through the bearing 22.</p> |
