发明名称 PRODUCTION OF GRAIN ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET HAVING SUPERIOR MAGNETIC PROPERTY
摘要 PURPOSE: To stably produce a grain oriented silicon steel sheet having superior magnetic properties by specifying hot finish rolling draft and coiling temp. for a hot rolled plate of high silicon steel, respectively, and increasing the Goss integration of texture. CONSTITUTION: A slab of high silicon steel containing 2.5-7.0wt.% Si is heated, subjected to hot finish rolling where the draft at >1000-1300 deg.C and the draft at 750-1000 deg.C become <=50% and <=40%, respectively, and then coiled at <=700 deg.C. This steel plate is subjected to primary cold rolling at >=40% draft, to annealing at 600-900 deg.C, and to secondary cold rolling at 50-90% draft. Successively, the resulting cold rolled sheet is annealed at 1000-1300 deg.C in a reducing atmosphere, in a nonoxidizing atmosphere of <=0.5Pa partial pressure of oxygen, or in vacuum of <=0.5pa partial pressure of oxygen.
