PURPOSE: To provide a laser marking device having a shutter mechanism having good responsiveness by controlling the passage and shut off a laser beam at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: This laser marking device is provided with a shutter mechanism for executing the shut off and passage of the laser beam converged by an intermediate condenser lens between the intermediate condenser lens 14-4 and a condenser lens 14-3 for processing in the marker head 14. The shutter mechanism includes a rotary disk 16 and a stepping motor 17 and allows the passage of the laser beam at a desired period by controlling the stepping motor with a controller.
