PURPOSE: To easily treat a large quantity of water without requiring much labor and more time and to easily perform automation of the treatment itself, even in the case that the water is treated by using bacteria cultured in a large quantity. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a filtering part 11 with a hollow fiber membrane for filtering one portion of water to be treated, an introduction pipe 12 for introducing the water to be treated filtered with the filter part 11 into a bacteria cultivation tank 13, the bacteria cultivation tank 13 for increasing useful bacteria, and a return pipe 14 for returning the water to be treated after multiplication of the useful bacteria in the bacteria cultivation tank 13 to the storage tank 14. |
