PURPOSE: To produce an exchange cloth for dustfree garments, capable of sufficiently collecting even fine dust, produced from a human body performing operations and having about 1μm size by attaching thereof to the dustfree garments and hardly causing any dusting from itself. CONSTITUTION: This exchange cloth for dustfree garments has a filtration layer comprising any one of a melt blown nonwoven fabric, the melt blown nonwoven fabric converted into an electret and a spunbonded nonwoven fabric converted into the electret and a reinforcing layer comprising any one of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric and net and is provided with a means for installation and removal from the dustfree garments. |
