<p>The invention relates to a device for measuring thermophysical properties of solid materials, associated with a pressing test apparatus, subjecting the material to be measured to one or more stressing cycles, and comprising centering means for providing a uniaxial and even stress through the sample, supporting and restraining means, inside the sample, for controlling temperature variations generated by a thermoelastic effect, thermostatic means associated with the sample, and sample temperature sensing means, to exploit the thermomechanical relationship between the straining fields and the temperature fields in order to determine one or more thermophysical parameters and/or relationships therebetween. The present invention relates, moreover, to a measurement method for measuring thermophysical properties in solid materials, comprising the step of subjecting a sample to a mechanical stress in order to provide an efficient thermal power source, the thermal power thereof is generate due to a thermoelastic effect, which can be used for determining one or more thermophysical parameters and/or relationship therebetween. <IMAGE></p> |
