PURPOSE: To obtain a cushioning material enhanced in heat-insulating properties and flame retardance and improved in cushioning properties by a method wherein welding lines are provided in a bag body made of a fluororesin film containing air to section it into a plurality of sections. CONSTITUTION: Fluororesin films (a), (a) are opposed to each other and sealed with welding lines 1a, ... on the periphery thereof to form a bag body 1. An air hole 1b is formed in the bag body 1. Air is injected to approximately 1.1-1.5atm. Longitudinal and crosswise welding lines 2a, ... are formed in the bag body 1 containing injected air by thermal fusing or high-frequency bonding to section the bag into a plurality of sections 2s, .... As the fluororesin film (a), an ethylene-tetrafluoethylene copolymer ETFE, a perfluroalkoxy PFA, or a vinylidene fluoride PVdF having a thickness of 10-200μm can be preferably used. The obtained cushioning material is used as a packing material or a filler provided between top and back plates of a building material. |
