PURPOSE: To easily, speedily and reliably attach a separative sheet to a sealing material stuck to a sealing material sticking surface of a corner part so as not to part upward and separate from the sealing material without forming wrinkles in a mold forming part of a weather strip for an automobile. CONSTITUTION: In a weather strip for a door opening part of an automobile, a projecting strip 7 is formed on the reverse of a mold forming part 5 so that a corner part C can be formed. Though a pressure sensitive adhesive sealing material 8 such as a butyl rubber tape is stuck to a sealing material sticking surface 11 being an upper surface of the projecting strip 7, the sealing material sticking surface 11 in the corner part C is formed as an inclined face becoming gradually high as it proceeds to the outer peripheral side, and the sealing material 8 is stuck in its inclined posture to the surface 11. A separative sheet 9 can be easily and reliably attached to the sealing material 8 without forming wrinkles. The separative sheet 9 is torn off at installing time to a car body, and the mold forming part 5 is stuck to the car body by the sealing material 8. |
