摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a liquid seasoning presenting highly good taste even when taking not only vegetables but also meat or other foods such as a combination of vegetables with meat. CONSTITUTION: This liquid seasoning has the following characteristics: pH value: 3.8-4.5; viscosity: 50-1000mpa.s; containing TOBANDJAN(fermented broard bean paste with red pepper); saccharide content: 4-25wt.%; and containing 3.0-9.0wt.% of common salt and 8-30wt.% of at least one kind of ingredient selected from sucrose, starch sugar and sugar alcohol.
