PURPOSE: A method for testing remote merchandise using computers is provided to search and test efficiently remote merchandise by using a bidirectional test method. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing remote merchandise using computers comprises the steps of: requesting data about merchandise as testing objects; generating the requested data; inputting the generated data to a first computer; processing the input data by using the first computer; transmitting the processed data to a second computer; processing the transmitted data by using the second computer; and outputting the data processed by the second computer to an apparatus connected to the second computer. The transmitted data comprises an image data, a sound data, a bar code data, a text data, a chemical data, an electric data, and a mechanical data.
