CIRCUIT FOR GENERATING CONTROL CURRENT OF AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A control current generating circuit is provided to compensate an amplification degree when the amplification degree is varied according to an internal temperature of an amplifier and an external circumstance. CONSTITUTION: A control current generating circuit comprises a user interface(10) which outputs a control signal varied according to an amplification degree command signal inputted by a user. A voltage generating part(20) divides a temperature compensation drive voltage(VTC) according to the control signal to generate a control voltage. A current generating part(30) generates a control current varied according to the control voltage to supply the control current to an amplifier(40). A temperature sensor(50) senses a variation of both an external temperature and an internal temperature of the amplifier(40), and outputs a temperature sense signal as a sense result. A temperature compensating part(60) receives the temperature sense signal to output the temperature compensation drive voltage(VTC) for compensating a variation of an amplification degree of the amplifier(40)varied according to a temperature. A circuit protection part(70) limits a lower value and an upper value of the drive voltage(VTC).
